Since 1989 Maves Construction, Inc. has been designing and building premier custom homes and commercial buildings in Grand Junction and surrounding areas and has been a name synonymous with quality, integrity and trust. Prior to purchasing Maves Construction from his father, whom Michael Maves grew up working along side with, he also worked in several different areas of the construction industry. Those years of hands-on experience helped him develop a better understanding of how projects come together and have made him one of the preeminent custom home and commercial builders in Western Colorado. With an experienced team, from your project manager, superintendent and office manager you will be working with the best, most knowledgeable in the industry. Our subcontractors are hand selected to provide superior craftsmanship to enhance your building desires. One of the most important things that we have learned throughout the years is the importance of details and how small things make such a big difference. Michael truly enjoys working with his clients on a very personal basis, from the initial stage of planning your home to the finished reality. Michael served for many years on the board of directors, including one year as president of the Home Builders Association of Northwestern Colorado. Michael also served on the Colorado Association of Home Builders board of directors.
