With more than 100 years of tradition, Felchlin’s passion to create exceptional products with intense dedication and transparency has always been our top priority. As a small international acting family company located in Schwyz, in the heart of Switzerland and in the middle of Europe, we take great pride being one of the few manufacturers in the world, that still produces fine, diverse and unique chocolates through both modern and traditional methods. Our processing is tailored to each cocoa bean variety we use in order to draw out the most appealing flavours. The origin is important for us, but even more important is the region - it must be the perfect combination of climate, soil and fermentation as well as the drying processes. Along with offering premium varieties of chocolate, we also provide an outstanding classic product line for the professional user, such as chocolatiers, pastry chefs, hotels and caterer for various applications, including our ready-to-use coatings, giandujas, natural flavoured fillings and products suitable for decorations. Since 1908 we perform our craftsmanship with dedication and enthusiasm. We continue to do so by focussing in quality - not quantity. This makes our couvertures truly unique and exclusive. As a small player we are able to react very flexible and fast to produce, innovate or adapt products to meet customers' needs.
