About MayBell Developments

MayBell Developments is a unique initiative in the City of Regina. At our core we focus on relationships. We work with the vulnerable and materially poor in our community to restore healthy relationships with themselves, others, and God. Through our outreach programs we share Jesus’ love with those who may not know him. Our Encouragement Program brings together people from all walks of life. Our participants are referred to as leaders and are people from within the community of Regina who are experiencing poverty and/or homelessness. We provide a safe space for our leaders to learn and grow into who God made them to be. Our volunteers are referred to as allies and are drawn from the local church. Leaders and allies work together across socioeconomic lines to build healthy relationships and empower one another. Our newly leased property at 1909 Ottawa Street, near downtown Regina, will soon house a 50 space childcare center, offices, space for the Encouragement Program, and parking lot development of 6 tiny home duplexes (12 units). With this space we will graduate 20-30 Faith & Finances students per year; graduate 20-30 Work Life students per year; provide space for further Encouragement Program courses/events; and develop the parking lot for social housing.
