Maybugs is an independent, family owned, award winning gift and homeware retailer based in East Sussex. Throughout their retail careers, John & Greg always dreamt about one day having their very own shop, packed full of fabulous things. They opened their first store in Hailsham’s Vicarage Field shopping centre in 2018. Three years later, they opened a second much larger gift and home superstore in Eastbourne town centre. Maybugs opened their third store in Bexhill-On-Sea on Devonshire Road in July 2022. Whether you’re shopping in-store or online, the very best customer service underpins the heart of Maybugs. A warm smile, and a friendly helping hand will always be there to assist you at Maybugs. Stocked with some of the biggest and most well-known gift brands including; JellyCat, Wrendale Designs, Roka and Inis, coupled with a fine array of unique and unusual products, gives a truly unique shopping experience. As well as beautiful gifts and homewares from all around the world, you will find that Maybugs stocks a wide range of UK made items, many of which are made locally right here in Sussex. John and Greg, believe that Maybugs being part of the local community is just as important as having wonderful merchandise. The company supports and sponsors several organizations including The Hailsham Hockey Club at all age levels and Eastbourne Pride. In addition to this they support hundreds of smaller charities, organizations and schools with free gifts and raffle prizes throughout the year.
