At the MOCA, we bridge the gap between the residents of the District of Columbia and the Executive Office of the Mayor. Our mission is to foster strong partnerships with communities, ensuring that the voices of all citizens are heard and represented. Serving as a vital liaison, we connect the Mayor with community organizations, civic groups, and Advisory Neighborhood Commissions (ANCs), facilitating meaningful dialogue and collaboration.
