For 30 years, Mazuri Exotic Animal Nutrition has been committed to leading the way in providing research-based diets for virtually every living exotic animal. Our name means "good" in Swahili, so we research, design, and produce more animal diets than any other company in the world. We support ongoing research and conservation through grants and sponsorships with other animal experts. Since 1989, zoo professionals, veterinarians, breeders, and exotic pet owners have trusted their animals to Mazuri®. All Mazuri® feeds are made with the highest quality ingredients and the latest technology in our plants. Our main plant in Richmond, IN, is a drug & hormone free, FSSC 22000-certified manufacturing facility (FSSC 22000 is a set of international quality standards, and there are strict guidelines and inspections required to become and maintain certification). We maintain a quality control lab on premises and use independent analytical labs for off-site confirmation. By qualifying incoming ingredients, we can give your animals the most nutritionally consistent and high-quality diets available in the marketplace.
