About MB Cleaning
We are a residential cleaning business who worked side by side as sole proprietors since 2011. We service residential homes in the Guelph, Fergus area. In 2021 We hired our first employees and set out to be different from other cleaning establishments. We are now a successful team of 15. With extensive experience in the field, we know firsthand how physically demanding the job can be. Our business structure is based upon a foundation of client satisfaction, employee sustainability, and community involvement. Many clients we have had for 5-10+ years. Our company follows a detailed standard cleaning checklist that is signed at each visit and left for the client’s review. We also send out client surveys each day and touch base for any comments or concerns. We have joined the WSIB excellence program to learn how to operate in the safest and most sustainable manors and have dug our heels deep into health and safety training – both physical and psychological.
