About MB Wellness

I know reaching your health goals can be hard - but it doesn't have to be. As your health coach, I provide accountability, information, tools, and support to help you overcome the challenges of forming the new behaviors needed to achieve your goals. I can help you see that motivation is not everything when it comes to making a change (it's actually the least important), that going after your health goals doesn't mean deprivation or living in a world of extreme black and white (sustainable change lives in the gray space), and that even when you may not feel like it, you're doing great. I work from a place of empathy and understanding, and a belief that yes, you can change. I see it happen daily, and I know it can happen for you, too.
