MBBK is an investment and development company operating in London and the South East. We have over 20 years’ experience in real estate development. We work with our investment partners to strategically acquire land and buildings, devise development solutions and finance construction. We’re also used to working with local authorities and their planning officers to ensure suitable development for the location and community. We’re attracted to interesting or complex schemes, from the restoration of period properties and conversion of buildings to high end apartments to harnessing the potential of complex urban infill sites and delivering affordable housing or student accommodation. Our focus is on delivering long-term value through high quality projects founded on thoughtful architecture. Two of our directors are trained architects so we can see the potential in land, find viable solutions and optimise space. We care about the end result, which is reflected in the quality of the process, the product and the return achieved.
