About MBF - Fresh and Frozen Fruits, NFC Juices and Bakery Inserts

MBF company deals with sales and distribution of frozen fruit and vegetables on the domestic market and export to foreign markets (Eastern and Western Europe and Northern America). We are holding valid IFS and BRC certificates and KOSHER plus, BIO for production. We execute custom orders according to the customer specification and produce goods under custom's brand. All of these fruits can be used as fillers for yoghurt, milk products and sugar confectionery also for freeze-drying process and degassing fruits process. We produce high-quality fruit used as ingredients of bakery and dairy products, salads, jam, marmalade and healthy food. We have storage-production base with total area of 3 000 m2, where fruit and vegetables are sorted. In 16 refrigerating chambers approximately 3 000 tons of fruit can be stored. MBF is a family business with over 100 years of fruit-farming tradition. From 2009 the company has been also dealing with fruit and vegetables processing (sorting, peeling, dicing, freezing, stoning). Our farm covers the area of approximately 100 hectares, where cherry, apple and pear trees are cultivated. The farm has been the main source of direct (consumption) sales and processing of fruit. In 2016. 10 ha we started to cultivate organic raspberry. Appropriate usage of plant protection products and professional fertilization of our crops allow to maintain all the standards of high-quality fruit.
