“Our brand has been built on fundamental values and expertise”- Andre Lecoq MC Square, originally incorporated in 1988 as Callander Manager, began its journey as a Chapter 15 Management Company. For two decades, the company diligently managed and distributed an FCP UCITS fund. In 2015, André Lecoq recognized the opportunity to establish an independent ManCo in Luxembourg. Today, MC Square stands as a Luxembourg “SuperManCo,” authorized under Chapter 15 of the Law of 17 December 2010 (UCITS) and the Law of 12 July 2013 (AIFM), and extends to managing a diverse range of investment vehicles, including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, Fund of Funds, Fixed Income, Listed Equity, and Money Market, alongside more conventional UCITS offerings.
