As one of Ireland's largest Sheet Metal Fabrication Companies, we are the Engineers, Engineering Company. We provide Mechanical Engineering Solutions from design through to finished fabrication. We have 4 areas of business: Projects - Our dedicated project design team will work with you from design through to finished fabrication to bring your concept to life. We have experience working with small and large-scale mechanical engineering projects, all centred on our ability to truly understand what you need and to deliver it. We are accredited to EN1090 Exec Class 2. Outsource Sheet Metal Fabrication - talk to us about what we do for our blue chip range of clients and what we can do for you. We have over 25 years of experience providing laser cutting, punching, folding and welding. We also offer a wet and powder coat painting service. Bulk Storage Solutions - from Agricultural Co-ops and animal feed producers, Waste Water Treatment Utilities, Plastics and Biomass sectors, we have supplied bulk storage solutions since 1968 through our V-Mac Silos range and handling equipment. V-Mac Coating Solutions - our state of the art wet and dry powder paint facility is designed for pre-treating and painting both small and large fabrications. Our in-house Icorr accredited paint inspectors ensure that every job is perfect. We pride ourselves on our reputation for Quality and Service - a family run business since 1946, we are committed to setting and meeting high standards so that our customers are never disappointed. Our Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015, our Health and Safety Management System to ISO 45001and our Environmental System to 14001. We are a Deloitte Best Managed Company platinum winner. Our key machine capability includes the ability to laser cut 12m x 2.5m sheets of steel and fold up to 7m wide. We have over 50 fabrication welders as part of our 180-strong team operating across three factory units in North Monaghan.
