We accomplish this through what we call our Share-the-Wealth system which focuses on... 1) Providing the lowest possible inventory cost to Dealers allowing them to make more and be competitive in the market place, while 2) creating a non-competitive, tightly-linked family of Dealers who help, encourage & motivate each other. 3) Our Dealers help other Dealers through a real-time private communication network. Using this family network helps all Dealers stay current & up to date in marketing trends to help Dealers stay competitive in today’s market. In the end, we complete our mission for all to achieve success as a team, while creating a platform for company longevity. “Sharing the Wealth” all the way to our valued customers. What MCCOA offers is a better nights sleep for your customers while providing you with an opportunity to make a great living on your schedule. We’re seeking individuals who are self motivated, self starters, hard workers who want to own their own business, control their own schedule and have a high earning potential limited only by your effort. To help you do this, we provide in-person one-on-one training, 365/24/7 support from our network of dealers, annual MCCOA training events and learning events sponsored by our suppliers including factory tours for you to see first hand how a mattress or foundation is assembled, and a Protected Market Area around your store location. This is not a franchise, has no franchise fee, membership fee or dues, no cold calling and is not a Multi Level Marketing Company.
