The Bopper comes complete with voice mail, follow-me system, incognito feature (dial in to system call client and caller ID on clients shows you are calling form work), announcement system, blackout list, dial from outlook or CRM, dictation feature, call recording, IVR, day/night menu, do not disturb, management listen in, complete call records in PDF or Excel form, paging system, direct inbound access, conference calls, ring groups and queues, all these features can be done from any cell phone or home office, as well as, all the bells and whistles most systems have with out the added expense. Not only do we provide the system, we also provide the service lines, with toll free numbers and local numbers. We have maintenance plans that take care of everything from new phone discounts, to dial plan changes. Almost all our maintenance and changes can be done remotely from out offices, which minimizes the impact on the day-to-day operations of the facility. Unlike other companies, we provide fail safe protection via nightly off-site backups and real-time fail over call routing to a secondary systems (which we can provide in our data center). This makes even the most catastrophic failures less than 24-hours from resolution.
