We offer the complete flooring service so that our clients only have one contractor to deal with enabling them to concentrate on running the project rather than having to sort out the contractual problems normally associated with the screed, flooring and ceramic trades. We manage the flooring package from start to finish through our management system enabling us to run a lean project and reduce costs and our environmental impact. Throughout the project whether it be a £50.00 repair or a £1million project a project manager will be assigned to price manage and deliver it on time and on budget. On larger project’s this will be with the help of our SSSTS trained site supervisors co-ordinating with the installation team and the client and signing off the completed works for handover to our client. All of which will be documented and recorded in our IT project pack and upon completion can be handed to the client for their records. By being one of the first flooring contractors to offer the full in house service we have full control over the works reducing the risk to programme. We hold a CSCS Platinum award and are always looking at continuous training to ensure our staff are up to date with current trade requirements.
