For more than three decades, McKenzie-Crayton held leadership positions in top tier higher education institutions and served at the helm of one of the Southeast’s largest, and most successful one to one mentoring programs. McKenzie-Crayton experienced first-hand how the fortunes of organizations are inextricably linked to making exceptional hiring calls, especially in key leadership roles, and providing the appropriate infrastructure for success. McKenzie-Crayton also has seen the challenge non-profits often face in identifying the funds to engage top-notch search and consulting services.
