We have an absolute commitment to quality and have adopted best practice in the delivery of our services to clients and candidates. In recognition of this, in 2014, 2015 2018 and 2019, we were awarded “New Zealand’s Small Recruitment Agency of the Year” (and were finalists in 2021) and in 2014 “Excellence in Candidate Care” in the SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards (SARAs). In 2013, our first year of entry, we were awarded runner up in the “Generalist Small Recruiter” category and in 2017, 2018 and 2021 were named as one of three finalists in the “Excellence in Candidate Engagement” category. In April 2015, we were selected by a panel of judges as a finalist in the Australasian wide “Excellence in Candidate Care” Award for the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) awards. We were delighted to also be finalists in the RCSA New Zealand awards for “Excellence in Candidate Care” and “Excellence in Client Service” in 2020.
