Dr. Lily Talakoub and her staff believe in providing premier quality care in a safe and friendly environment. At McLean Dermatology and Skincare Center, we provide a full range of medical and surgical dermatology including pediatric care, cosmetic dermatology, and skin rejuvenation services using state of the art techniques. All evaluations and treatments are performed by board-certified healthcare providers: Dr. Lily Talakoub, MD, Dr. Isabela Jones, MD, Sarah Walker, FNP, and Nadia Herrera, PA-C. We encourage full skin exams with every visit given the increased epidemic of skin cancers, such as melanoma. We evaluate moles and changing skin lesions and can provide surgical expertise for skin cancer and mole removal to achieve ideal cosmetic outcomes. We are dedicated to making office visits as comfortable an experience as possible. Therefore, you are welcome to bring your children with you to your visits. In addition, Dr. Talakoub believes in teaching patients about their skin concerns and skincare routine. Her skincare education guidelines teach patients about at-home skin regimens and treatments to ensure long-term healthy skin. We accept the following insurances: Cigna, Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Medicare and PPO plans from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. We are out-of-network for all other health insurance plans and do not submit claims for out-of-network insurances. Payment for all visits which are not submitted to insurance is due in full at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We do not accept checks. Dr. Talakoub, Dr. Jones, Sarah, and Nadia work closely with our master esthetician, Azi Kohan, to develop customized skincare regimens for each patient. Many treatments work best when they are facilitated by medical-grade facials or chemical peels, which Azi offers Tuesday through Saturday.
