We believe in the concept and practice of fitness and nutrition in our lives, and it is our goal to extend them to yours. We consider fitness for the entire family crucial, and offer a variety of programs for all age groups-from toddlers to adults. In addition to a wide variety of programs, Club services include individual physical and nutritional assessments, massage and sports therapies, personal training and post rehab services, private and group tennis lessons, racquetball and squash lessons, sport camps, and totercise classes. We are proud of having served the community's health and fitness needs for over forty years, and having been voted the "Best Racquet & Health Club" in the McLean/Tysons area for seven consecutive years.
