During Paul McLellan's time at a big four bank, one of the major customer complaints he fielded in his business banking leadership role was staff turnover. It was decided that each portfolio would carry the trading name of the person ultimately accountable, both as a commitment to the customers and allow a sense of ownership to the broker.
