About MCM Studios
MCM Studios is a leading independent entertainment production and rights owning company which has taken over the work previously done by our sister company La Raza-Mex Distribution since 1990. Video Home was the channel to get to Spanish speaking audiences until very recently, when TV Movies got a place on their own in our midst. Since 1990, MCM Studios has produced quality films to make a large catalogue of titles in different genres, licensing them for Internet, streaming, VOD, PPV and Pay TV throughout Latin America and the Latino communities in the United States. Amongst our most renowned titles we want to mention Perra Sociedad (Mean Society), Chavos de la Calle (Homeless Kids), Gente Común (Common Folk), María Navajas, El Llanto de Helena (Helena’s Cry), Muñecas Ciegas (Blind Dolls), La Brecha (The Road) and El Padrino de la Boda (The Wedding Bestman). Such movies are representative of different genres that have reached large audiences on different exhibition channels. Our vast experience and our reputation as an innovative company allow us to offer stories that our audiences generate bonds with. For such task, we have our own production team including the post-production part which counts on state-of-the-art equipment that allows us go through the edition process until the end. Besides, MCM Studios counts on a mix of experienced and young talents with a big passion for filmmaking.
