The brands we have worked with include but are not limited to, LALO, HOKA ONE ONE, Garneau, Injinji, Tailwind Nutrition, Jabra, POC, Thorne Nutrition, Handful Apparel, Wacoal. • Determine the most crucial needs of key customers to ensure that they receive first-class customer service • Act as liaison between Client and Company • Create a strategy to manage the account(s) and set/meet objectives for the account(s) • Interact and communicate with the client on a regular basis to determine needs • Manage and expand accounts, order targets, implementing efficient back office process flow, help define the marketing activities for the current portfolio, and assist and integrate future sales. • Experience with multiple B2B Platforms • Experience managing National Key Accounts • Updating/Creating processes, Order Portal and Sales Programs • Come up with effective negotiation and sales strategies • Carry out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the accounts "Price becomes an issue...in the absence of value"
