About McMaster Vietnamese Students' Association (MVSA)
MVSA, the McMaster Vietnamese Students' Association was established to promote and preserve the Vietnamese heritage. It was started in 1982 has been active ever since. The MVSA executive team organizes events to help Vietnamese students, and other students alike to interact with each other. MVSA’s purpose is to unite Vietnamese students, as well as students who are interested in learning about the Vietnamese culture. Our organization aims to provide social and academic networking opportunities for students from all walks of life, as well as a chance for students with common interests to host events celebrating their culture. We hope to empower the youth community here at McMaster, and we aim to create a community in which everyone is able to join and feel comfortable. McMaster is home.
