MCR Technical Service, LLC is a Veteran owned, small business based out of Columbus, Ohio. With dedicated employees specializing in Information Technology Professional Services, MCR is a third-party contractor to primary contract holders for ID and registration services at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) throughout the United States. Providing system maintenance for registration and ID systems, inventory management, agency site installations, moves and teardowns, and all statewide technology upgrade rollouts and project management. MCR also installs repairs and services kiosks (self-service terminals) for vehicle registration. MCR consistently focuses on the unexpected. Michael Becker, founder and president of MCR, has over thirty-five years of experience in the IT field. Michael operates as the president of MCR and is the managing director overseeing daily operations, current client contracts, new business and all executive decisions. Michael operated as the Project Manager of Installation for the first digital identification system in the United States in 1995. MCR has overseen projects and provided services in Arkansas, California, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, and West Virginia. We are available for field IT support in the Continental United States.
