Training Delivery Whether a client needs new training designing and delivering from scratch, or needs to have existing training reviewed and updated, MDA provides highly qualified and experienced people to work collaboratively with the client, ensuring their training meets the vision of the company and the needs of its staff. In the case of new training, MDA can produce competency frameworks, training and gap analysis, key stakeholder mapping and engagement, training objectives, lesson plans, assessment frameworks and criteria, training and lesson materials, and all follow up validation and feedback activities. 3. Conflict Resolution and Change Management. MDA are experts in change and project management. We can provide the expertise and guidance to an organisation who are embarking on a period of change. This can include the production of internal and external change management communication, the design and delivery of workshops, guidance and mentoring to key stakeholders. 4. Agile Ways of Working. Where many consultancies jumped onto the Agile bandwagon as they identified a growing need, MDA live and breath the core principles of Agile. It is at the foundation of how we operate.
