Established in 2000, initially as Hedderman Stanley & Associates Ltd, MDCS Ltd has grown to provide a multi-disciplinary service supported by a team of specialists Quantity Surveyors & experienced construction professionals. We have a diverse client base of both private individuals and large multi-national companies with whom we are pleased to maintain long standing working relationships MDCS delivers what it promises to its clients by working together with the design team, project managers and quantity surveyors. We maintain constant knowledge of current regulations, legislation and procedural changes in design, procurement, tendering and construction. The business is driven by our directors, collectively they have combined experience in excessive of 100 years operating in the building industry. The management team proactively identify changes in the business environment. Review work processes and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings. Our people are crucial in the delivery of our services and solutions to our clients. In order to ensure that everyone is equipped with the right skills, knowledge and attitude, a comprehensive training programme is put in place to constantly upgrade our people in technical & management skills.
