If you use case management software and haven't had the time to look into all the bells and whistles, I can have that up and running; efficiency and productivity at its best. (I love workflows/document automation!) Make your case management system work for YOU! It's great; you'll love it. If you don't have the luxury of a case management system and you're comfortable with Microsoft Suite, you can still implement similar automated features that are just as powerful ("old school" - my personal preference). Whether it's preparing draft discovery responses/requests, pleadings, motions, etc. that an attorney would have drafted last week had they not been so busy doing other important tasks like PRACTICING LAW, or mapping data in a "new" case that's been through three firms, is a "hot mess", with a scheduled deposition a few days away, or the realization that additional help is needed when a trial unexpectedly gets bumped to the top of the roster: * I have been the extra teammate in the "war room", the "law clerk" (when said law clerk got kidney stones…ouch!) pulling an all nighter to research case precedent and draft a memorandum for a motion due NOW, I have been the extra pair of hands to help balance it all out, and the data nerd geeking out over cross-referencing/spreadsheets/fact chronologies to ensure the attorney and paralegal were fully briefed. I'm neither above nor below any project.
