MDM helps individuals to "Cross the Rubicon" and take strides to live independently, despite conditions that may make that journey challenging. We believe that each day is a new beginning. This vision continues today through the operation of eighteen group homes and in-home services in Woodbury and Oakdale, Minnesota.
