Our teams meet patient needs while improving quality outcomes and lowering costs for our partner hospitals. We are not your typical Hospitalist Management Company. We partner with hospitals that are roughly within a 100 mile radius of Chattanooga, and we do not staff locum tenens. Instead, we utilize our local, Chattanooga-based Hospitalists who work, live and raise their families right here in Hamilton County. Our group of 40+ hospitalists are on a rotating schedule with our partnered hospitals. This model allows MDP to provide stability and flexibility to our providers, and consistency of care within our partnered hospitals. Our mission is to deliver medical practice management that empowers physicians to provide the highest quality care, exceed goals and drive change in the hospital system, resulting in an exceptional experience for patients.
