About Me Again

Our services, courses and activities are delivered by women for women. We work with individuals from cancer diagnosis, through treatment and beyond. We also work with companies of all different sizes in a wide range of sectors to deliver training for teams and individuals to educate them in how to support employees and colleagues dealing with a cancer diagnosis. Our mission is to enhance the wellbeing and emotional resilience of cancer patients by fostering self esteem and renewed confidence by the provision of free community activities, courses, and a variety of health promoting classes. All of our classes have been created to encourage movement, build strength, increase fitness, develop mindfulness and reduce stress and anxiety. Our community activities have been created to reduce isolation, encourage peer support and forge new friendships with like minded people. We are able to offer free-of-charge activities, retreats and treatments to individuals with the help of national funding and corporate sponsorship.
