Meares & Associates are a specialist rural and lifestyle property marketing agency, established in 1996, and who understand the commercial requirements of the primary producer, the high net worth individual, the corporate and the institutional investor, and are equipped to transact both broadacre and lifestyle rural property or strategic agribusiness investments on their behalf. Operating principally in New South Wales and with experience Australia-wide, our projects include grazing properties (up to 1,000,000 acres in size), cropping, irrigation and specialist properties such as land bank development, forestry, viticulture, horticulture, floriculture, thoroughbred horse and or other stud activities. We are across the current demand in the market for biodiversity / carbon credits and offsets sector working closely with an independent and licensed environmental and planning consulting group to potentially identify commercially positive opportunities for landholders in the rural sector. A key aspect of our service is our strength in marketing. We have successfully marketed many of Australia’s leading rural properties ranging from the sale of some of Australia’s most significant outback pastoral holdings, leading farms in the inner and more intensive agricultural areas, to boutique wineries, stud farms and homestead and lifestyle ‘tree changes’.
