Measure for Good aims to empower organizations to create social change through clear and effective program design, measurement, and reporting based on theory and grounded in practicality. Measure for Good was founded on the belief that nonprofits and social enterprises are essential components in the struggle for positive social change, and that their increased impact depends greatly on their capacity to quickly and intentionally leverage their data to improve, scale, and garner support for their work. Additionally, Measure for Good understands that organizations often find themselves at pivotal moments without the immediate in-house resources needed to pursue opportunities for growth and increased impact. To support organizations through this challenge, Measure for Good provides fractional executive expertise in program design, implementation, oversight, and measurement when targeted, efficient, and time-bound injection of staffing is needed. Examples of past fractional work are: - Design and implementation of a microlending program (served as Fractional Program Director) - Launch of a new community lender nonprofit (currently serving as Fractional COO at an emerging CDFI) - Thought Partner to Executive Directors (currently serves as Interim Director of Strategy and Operations at an emerging CDFI) - Design and implementation of a custom CRM solution and programmatic dashboards - Develop Theories of Change and align measurement and reporting with the theoretical framework - Develop Grant Contract Compliance monitoring and implementation systems - Annual Budgeting - Grant writing for Financial Inclusion initiatives with a focus on small and micro enterprise development, microlending, and financial capability.
