About Meat & Drink

Meat and Drink has been setup to develop and manage an expanding range of eclectic pubs, bars and restaurants - each individual to the personality of the building that contains them and sensitive to what its Customers may want. We don't impose schemes or generic fittings upon a venue. We don't carry through a brand or theme to each new building. Rather we allow the building and its surrounding to guide us through a process to develop an exciting new future for each building we take on. We love historic buildings and regeneration of sites is key to what we do. Our sites tend to be ones which have lost their way and need re-imagining and some tlc in order to make them the very best they can be. Although our venues will have their own unique brand and style, all Meat and Drink venues have a strong emphasis on the quality of their dink and food. Expect to find an adventurous, quality range of drinks on offer showcasing the very best from small producers throughout the country. All our Kitchens feature fresh food, cooked to order with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. All feature a relaxed and informal atmosphere with a minimum of distractions in order to enhance the social experience. Outside of this ethos, well anything is possible.
