MSI was officially incorporated in 1972 when two of the areas most respected firms decided to join forces. Those companies were Stigner, Inc. and John Holt Plumbing and Heating. The original goal of the new company was to become a stronger provider of mechanical services to the residential, commercial, and industrial markets. The vision in 1972 was to earn a reputation for the highest quality of professional work combined with the highest ethical standards. The goals and visions of MSI have remained the same ever since.
