Mecolpress was founded in 1969 with the aim to build presses for the hot molding of metal alloys. The founders' design capacity and the profound devotion to technological innovation have allowed it to quickly become a leader in this sector and be appreciated on all the international markets. The company, to expand its market position, acquired within a few years two historical brands in the screw press field, Dellavia and Osterwalder. As of today, we produce standard machines up to 8,000 kN in capacity and machines over 10,000 kN for special projects. Our turnkey systems formulas can supply complete forging lines, inclusive of bar sawing machines, graphitizing machines, heating furnaces, presses, manual or automatic trimming machines and eventual additional machinery, to cover the entire manufacturing process and meet any customized solutions based on customer requirements. The company premises currently are spread over more than 20,000 square meters and thanks to the high experience gained in the forging sector, today we also provide consulting, process & die studies.
