We ensure the continued success with our investors by way of our team following a reliable, data-driven approach in the identification, acquisition, and optimization of cash-flowing, appreciiating properties. We concentrate on multifamily, but are open to strong deals with strong sponsors in other asset classes including medical office, retail and industrial. We believe cost basis is the primary determinant of profits and will generally look for deals that can be acquired below replacement cost and where rents can be increased by improving the property.
