media-sans-frontieres has been set up as a “fast-breeder” organisation to develop relevant media projects for film, TV broadcasters theatre and music and commercialise them. We differ from other development and production houses. Yes, we are creatively-driven and have some of the most experienced and creative talent from both in front of and behind the camera (or curtain!) and outstanding production skills at our disposal. However our differentiation is the marrying of our creative expertise and huge creative contacts with commercial, financial and marketing experience, which has been developed in over 30 years’ in the world of consumer goods marketing and large City organisations. We certainly aren’t “corporate”, but we understand corporations. Marriages between commercial interests with the requirement for bottom line focus and innovation and artistic creativity are often fraught. With us, the balance between the two is integral to our approach. We have a wealth of experience in both and encourage creative talent to bring their ideas to us, no matter how small; we’ll work with them and help them realise projects that may have potential. While creative excellence and originality is paramount to us, we also view each project from the side of the target audience and broadcaster and investor.
