As CEO, and Founder of Medical Staff Partners, Kim Williams, has brought her extensive experience as an executive leader in both inpatient and outpatient practices, recruitment and as a provider liaison. Kim served as V.P. of Physician Practice Services in a corporate owned hospital organization with inpatient hospitalist management and multi-specialty outpatient practice oversight. She also served as VP of Medical Staff Services in a private equity owned multi-state outpatient clinic organization. In addition, Kim has led in physician owned clinics and has had oversight and program development in expedited credentialing, billing, provider onboarding, policies, standard operating procedures and implementing robust growth initiatives. Kim endeavored to serve the broader medical community by forming Medical Staff Partners, LLC.
