Medina Consulting is me, Rolf Medina. I have been working in many parts of the globe and am still enjoying the challenge to meet new people and discover new businesses. Rolf is a Senior Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in different sectors and companies, especially in global organizations. Examples of industry sectors are Process Industry, Telecom, Retail, Food & Beverage and Manufacturing. My strengths are my capacity and passion for achieving results, ability to fast understand and navigate in new environments, managing people and teams, my strong customer focus, my negotiations skills and my capacity for management at different levels. My three areas of expertise’s are: Project Management Managing projects from very early phases analysing business needs to global roll outs and implementation of business solutions and organizations. From small investigations to multi-site projects with teams in more than 8 countries in different parts of the world with Change Management as a natural part. Bridging over the gap between the business processes and the technical solutions: Alignment of Business Needs & Demands, Business Processes, IS/IT solutions and Roles & Competences with focus on meeting business expectations. Linking the business process and the IS/IT solutions and to manage the life cycle of those as a joint solution including organizational impact of changes and the governance model. Supply Chain Management: Development & implementation of efficient supply chain solutions linking the customer needs to supply chain planning and operational processes to achieve a complete supply chain. Managing the total supply chain from customer need & demand to purchasing solutions including global roll out of harmonized processes, information visibility, customer and supplier integration, integrated KPI measurement, supply chain planning & optimization, financial processes and to minimize cost in the total supply chain.
