Mediplan is a family run company that was originally established in 1968, although taken over by its current owners in January 1993. The Company is a British based, specialist provider of quality patient care systems and associated products world wide. What sets Mediplan apart from our competitors is that the staff have grown with the business. Gary, our Technical director has been with the company from day one. Janet, our Head of Production has been here a massive 38 years and Darren, our Design and Development Engineer has been here well over 20 years. With this is mind, the knowledge base supporting our products and services is second to none, which offers an insight into the quality and care at the core of our Company that unequivocally keeps our staff so happy and also proud to be a part of. These are just a few members but there are many more that have been here for a similarly impressive amount of time. As a leading manufacturer of Nurse Call and Bedhead Trunking systems, our products have been installed in numerous prestigious projects both within the UK and overseas. Mediplan is a key supplier to the NHS, the military and private sector in the UK and enjoys partnering agreements with leading lighting, medical gas, construction and building services companies. Quality of design and products is a key driver in our manufacturing philosophy, supported by a continual research and development programme. Our commitment to quality has enabled the company to successfully attain ISO9001:2008 for the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of Nurse Call and other non-medical communication systems. Health & Safety is of the upmost importance in all aspects of our operations and accordingly we place great emphasis ensuring that we operate in a safe and professional manner both during manufacture and throughout integration.
