Meeskonnakoolitus ja Arendus (Engl. Team Training and Development) is an Estonian company of team trainings and leadership counselling (coaching). Our team modelling is based on Margerison-McCann The Team Management System™ concept. Training methods include team talks, experiencial learning and outdoor trainings with feedback and analyses. For leadership development we implement Deep Lead™ program, personal and team coaching. We cover various communication topics, including active listening and assertive behavior, interviewing, conflict resolution and mediation, presentation and negotiation skills (NB! including team negotiation). We also serve as moderators for team and public events. With our partners we can offer service in Estonian, English, Russian, Latvian, Finnish, Swedish and Danish. There have been thousands of participants in our trainings, 70% of them from business organisations, the rest from state institutions, NGO-s, schools and social work institutions. Our focus is more and more on longer tailor made development programs. In order to achieve this we can help our clients to find supplementary finances together with our business consultant partners.
