MEFAB Services includes Design and Manufacturing of- Pressure vessels & columns Vessel internals Skid mounted packages and modules Chemical injection systems Filtration Units Fire rated Fuel Tanks Pipe racks Stair towers, Platforms High pressure piping jobs Storage Tanks Structural Steel Works Some of the key features of our facility are as given below • Plot Area: 215,000 Sq.ft • Carbon Steel Bay: 60 x 20 m with 50 Ton crane handling capacity • Stainless Steel Bay: 60 x 20 m with 25 Ton crane handling capacity • Blasting Booth: Enclosed blast room of size 8m x 15m x 8m height • Paint Booth-1: Enclosed paint booth of size 8m x 15m x 10m height • Paint Booth-2: Enclosed paint booth of size 10m x 20m x 10m height • Comprehensive Machine Shop • Forklifts and movable cranes for fabrication and assembly in open yard • 10 Ton EOT crane in open yard • Rolling capacity: Up to 90 mm thick plates • Welding process: SAW, GTAW, FCAW, SMAW We have obtained ASME U stamp, National Board R stamp and ISO 9001:2015 for our facility.
