Specifically, we have a proven 7-step plan that is included in all the Farewell Services we offer. With administrative support, at-need and pre-need offices, accounting, human resources, information technology and marketing functions centralized in our home office in St. Joseph, Missouri, our funeral directors, family service counselors and staff are able to primarily focus on caring for families and helping them begin to heal.
