This pillar is about shifting old patterns, softening the pressure of perfectionism, and cultivating awareness. Forgiveness often begins here, where we learn to let go of what no longer serves. 💪 Body: your physical self carries wisdom. Through rest, nourishing food, and mindful movement that respects your energy, you begin to feel grounded again. ❤️ Heart: the center of inspiration and connection. This is where we feel joy, creativity, love, laughter, gratitude, and awe. It’s where music, books, movies, and beauty awaken something real inside us. ✨ Truth: is knowing you have a purpose & that you might already know it, the truths you’ve known since you were young, your authentic character traits (competitive, caring, stubborn, sensitive…), and your spiritual or intuitive connection. Truth is already within you, waiting to be expressed and lived. Through coaching, programs, breathwork, meditation, and events, I support people ready to live in alignment with who they truly are, not who they were told to be.
