About Melanie Wilkinson Nutrition

I am an AfN Registered Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist, Neuroscientist and Sport Scientist. I am an expert in brain health and also specialise in female health and weight loss. My mission is to help busy professionals feel in control of all aspects of their life, rediscover their sense of self, and start their journey back to health. Using a clinically led approach, I offer entirely personalised nutritional services built around each individual’s unique set of symptoms, biological, psychological and lifestyle factors. Rooted in science and research I take a no-diet, no-nonsense approach to supporting my clients, that focuses on understanding and meeting your needs in a way that causes minimum disruption to your way of life. In addition to individuals consultations, I have a range of corporate offering to improve employee wellbeing. These include a series of presentations, lunch and learn sessions or expression MOT nutrition clinics. Health has become too complex. I want to simplify health and bridge the gap between conventional and alternative medicine. I understand the purpose and place of pharmaceuticals, surgery and conventional treatments but I also recognise the majority of chronic health conditions are related to our lifestyle.
