We are enhancing this living heritage by delivering the Victorian Government’s $1.7 billion Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation project. Through delivering The Fox: NGV Contemporary and the major rejuvenation of Arts Centre Melbourne, joined together by a beautiful new green public space, supporting biodiversity and connecting to the city through Federation Square. The Melbourne Arts Precinct is owned by the people of Victoria. This transformation will alter the fabric of our city. Through deep collaboration, innovation and partnership it will be accessible and inclusive of all backgrounds, all abilities, all stories. Through bold design we will create a safe, shared and flourishing precinct to visit, live and work in - fostering diversity, connecting our past and present, our cultures and storylines now and for future generations.
