We work diligently to maintain all buildings at their optimum and pride ourselves on both our professionalism and our extensive industry knowledge and experience, which spans over two decades. As an active member of the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA), this focus drives the organisation through embracing an important ethos: To establish and sustainable, ‘green’ building practices that support the long-term maintenance of Buildings Green Star Ratings. Our vision is to be the Building and Facility Management business and employer of choice across Melbourne residential buildings and commercial premises, as judged by our staff and customers. Our mission is to Improve the liveability for residents and occupancy for commercial tenants, through maintaining buildings and facilities to an optimum whilst driving the agenda of sustainability and adoption of green building practices. The founders of Melbourne Building Management have over 20 years’ experience across the property, building and people management industries. The senior team boast a diverse range of experience backgrounds, including: Engineering, Facility Management, Property Management, Owners Corporation and as Environmental Managers and Educators. These skills combine to provide a technical advantage over our competitors within the Facility Management industry.
