Hi, I’m Melissa. I work with clients who feel out of balance, unfulfilled, or like they’re not living the life they once envisioned. Having personally cared for a parent while raising twins for the last decade, I bring empathy and practical insight to the challenges of juggling multiple roles and finding balance. My background first as a coach and matchmaker and then therapist (California AMFT) has given me a unique perspective on human connection, attachment patterns, and the stories we tell ourselves about who we are.
