Working across all aspects of vegetation management and with the people, skills, experience and equipment needed for even the most complex jobs. o Pioneering Pyrolysis - Pyrolysis is an exciting yet proven process to turn green waste material into a carbon negative energy source. - The process removes carbon from the atmosphere, is a self-sustaining process once up and running and its own ‘waste products’ are used for energy and to help repair the environment. - Melius Innovations are busy working on the next iteration of the technology to increase efficiency and allow faster roll out of these essential solutions around the UK and worldwide. o Better Biochar - Biochar is one of the main ‘waste products’ from Pyrolysis and is a key part of its carbon-negative efficacy. - It is the result of the anaerobic ‘burning’ of the green-waste that has been used during the Pyrolysis process and that emission-free activity leaves a soily-charcoal substance that locks carbon back into the land and removes it from the atmosphere. - Applications range from Accelerated Soil Recovery (ASR), Peat Bog Restoration (PBR), Better Forestry Growth (BFG) including enhancing necessary mycorrhiza growth and recovery, and Quality River Filtration (QRF).
