!melk is an award-winning urban design and landscape architecture practice dedicated to large-scale urban and landscape interventions as well as public spaces and parks. Established in 2010 by Jerry van Eyck, we draw from an extensive international portfolio encompassing over 20 years of conceptualizing, developing, and realizing projects in the urban context. In a short span of time, !melk has left its signature in many places around the globe. Our methodology combines a blend of fantasy, reality, and common sense that produces designs which are sustainable and fully engage their communities. In creating smart and inspiring cities of the future we follow two simple guiding principles; every social, political, and economic challenge is in fact a creative opportunity, and there is no one-size-fits-all formula for the design of a place.
